How to Apply for a Home
Important: To successfully submit your housing register application, you must complete both Step 1 and Step 2. Applications will not be processed unless both steps are finished.

Creating Your Password
When you log in for the first time, you’ll need to set a password. Your password must: Be 6 to 10 character long, include at least 2 lowercase letters (like a, b, c), include at least 2 uppercase letters (like A, B, C), include at least 2 numbers (1, 2, 3).
If you forget your password, click 'I have forgotten my password'. We'll send you a new one by email. It might take up to 10 minutes. Don't forget to check your junk or spam folder.
